1.     Private and Confidentiality Clause

Once you have made a commitment to the Program and Mystique School of the Temple Arts has approved your participation, you agree to abide by all Program Guidelines as set forth by the Company.

We are committed to providing you and all program participants with a positive Program experience. We are also committed to providing the best possible experience and coaching advice

 

2.   Copyright and Intellectual Property

During the program we respect your privacy and insist that you respect the privacy of any fellow Program participants. We shall not, either directly or indirectly, communicate or disclose, make available to, or use for our own benefit or for the benefit of any other person or entity your ideas, know-how, business practices, concepts and techniques, plans, trade secrets, and other confidential and proprietary information (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and you shall respect and keep confidential the Confidential Information of fellow Program participants and of Company

 

3.   You hereby agree and undertake to;

Not to infringe any Program participants or Company’s copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights;

All materials and information provided to you by Company are its own confidential and proprietary intellectual property, belong solely and exclusively to Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by Company; and  the reproduction, distribution, and/or sale of these materials by anyone but Company is strictly prohibited.

You agree that if you violate any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, that irreparable harm may result and Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief against you and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company for any action taken against Company due to your violation of any provision of the Agreement and/or your participation in any way in the Program. In any injunctive relief action you agree to waive any bond requirements that would otherwise be imposed.

 

4. Payment Terms

The amount of A.U.D (inclusive of GST) is agreed to, for the prices listed on our offer pages, in times of promotion. These are always subject to change.

If payment plans are listed on the website, via the links provided on the program pages, they will be advertised. 

 

5.   Penalty Clause Payment Plans

You are responsible to ensure that payments are made on time, and ensuring sufficient funds are held if paid by a direct debit. If a default in payment occurs, an interest charge will be incurred by the customer at a rate of $15 per failure, and re-billed after three (3) days. Unless other arrangements are made

We also reserve the right to suspend and pause delivery of services, if two payments on a payment plan is missed, and no prior conversation has been held with an alternative arrangement.

Cancellation of whole contract in the total amount outstanding under the contract, becoming due and payable immediately with outstanding interests and accrued costs incurred in order to engage a Debt Recovery Mercantile Agency or a Solicitor to attend engaged by the company; in order to recover the outstanding amount due and payable.

 

6. Termination of Contract 

You agree that Company may limit, suspend, and/or terminate your participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of any remaining monthly payments due and payable if Company determines that you/your company: a) is becoming disruptive or if you impair the participation or progress of Program instructors or participants; or b) if you fail to follow or abide by the Program Guidelines.

 

7. Refund Policy

This agreement when signed is not subject to cancellation by either party, once the cooling off period applies..

You can cancel this agreement without penalty at any time prior to 5pm EST on the third business day after the date of this Agreement.

Cancellation fees of 20% of the program balance after this date will then apply.
